Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

In order for a return to be accepted:

• the product must be in its original condition

• the product must not have been used

• the product must be returned with its original packaging

For sealed products, returns are accepted only if the seal has not been removed.

Refunds

If the returned product meets the above conditions, the refund will be processed within up to 14 calendar days after the product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect product, the company offers:

• product replacement or

• a full refund

without any additional charge for the customer.

In such cases, the return shipping costs are covered by the company.
